About Single Electronic Window (SW)

Flow of goods and services between countries remains one of the main drivers of national economic prosperity. As global economies become increasingly integrated, facilitating smooth information flow to various controlling authorities becomes a pressing need of governments and businesses.

Since developing one of the world’s first Single Window (SW) System – the automated national trade facilitation system TradeNet – in 1989, we have successfully implemented the modernized solution in 35 government agencies

TFP Single Electronic Window (SW) system enables a single electronic submission of trade-related document to multiple government entities. The intelligent one-stop facility integrates Customs, Ports, Maritime Authority and Other Government Agencies into a common platform which eliminates multiple identical submissions

SW can interface with an existing legacy system, such as Customs Management System. It can be deployed as a standalone system or with other functional components of the TFP.

Our numerous accolades attest to the quality and value of our Single Window System. It is also backed by an extensive track record of working alongside governments for over 30 years in more than 20 countries.
