Special COVID-19 Relief Initiative: 3-Month Payment Deferment Programme 

In the midst of a challenging year ahead, GeTS is offering TradeWebTM customers an option to defer their subscription and transaction fees for 3 months. In addition, the due date for the 3-months worth of deferred fees will be extended till 2021 for businesses to better manage your business cashflow.

Example: Customer registers for TradeWebTM with 3-Month Payment Deferment Programme on 7 May 2020.

  • Customer’s subscription and transaction fees incurred from 1 June 2020 to 6 September 2020 will be deferred.
  • Customer’s 1 June 2020 to 6 September 2020 subscription and transaction fees will be invoiced in October 2020 with payment due date in May 2021.
  • From 7 September 2020 onwards, subscription and transaction fees will automatically revert to monthly & weekly GIRO deduction mode.

What is TradeWebTM?

  • Web-based application hosted at the cloud and can be accessed via a web browser.
  • Front-end solution connecting to Singapore Customs’ National Single Window for trade declarations, TradeNet.
  • Allows declarations to be sent to Singapore Customs and other controlling agencies directly from your computer.

Terms and Conditions Governing TradeWebTM 3-Month Payment Deferment Programme

  • TradeWebTM 3-Month Payment Deferment Programme (“Programme”) sign-up is valid for the period 30th Apr 2020 to 25th Jun 2020 only.
  • The Programme will cover your monthly TradeWebTM subscription fee and any transaction fees but excludes taxes, duties, fees or charges to be paid to Government or imposed by Government.
  • Your monthly subscription fee and any transaction fees will resume the month after the respective payment deferment period ends.
  • Prevailing Goods and Services Tax applies.
  • In the event of early termination of TradeWebTM service before the deferred payments are due, it is your obligation to pay all outstanding amounts to GeTS in full.
  • This Programme shall not tie in with any other current promotions.
  • Other GeTS terms and conditions shall apply. Please refer to the application form which will be sent to you.
